This position requires an excellent
standard of English, both written and oral and you
must possess a polite telephone manner. You will
gather and produce screening reports so experience of
Word and Outlook will be essential.

In this role you will be
verifying background details provided by the
candidate, conducting on-line searches such as credit
history, directorship searches and working to
compliance guidelines as dictated by the Financial or
Security industry. A variety of ad hoc searches are
also required such as gaps in employment, media
archives, criminal background searches and so on. The
role requires the ability to spot anomalies and
investigate discrepancies or adverse findings where
they arise. Your main responsibilities are to research
details, deal with enquiries, generate reports and
resolve issues.
The ideal candidate will have a
questioning mind with the ability to absorb, cross
reference and analyse large amounts of written or
spoken information while paying attention to detail
and be able to collate and finalise data to a
successful conclusion. This position would ideally
suit a graduate or someone with an academic
background.

Salary: From £16,000 - £20,000 depending on
experience
