Each clients' requirements are carefully assessed to ensure that we meet their expectations and time scales. We look to advise our clients on how they can gain the maximum confidence from the search package(s) they choose at the setup stage and how they will achieve the best results. We give a clear and precise description as to what each component of the search involves and what benefits may be attained from it with each employee screening report being carefully monitored to ensure a uniformly high standard is maintained.
Being solely dedicated to employee screening allows us the flexibility to align our service to the precise demands, format and nuances of each particular client. Our experienced team of Screeners are fully trained to maximise optimum efficiency from our specialist software. This enables us to streamline our operation by breaking down each constituent of the screening process into defined components, thus eliminating duplication of effort. Precautionary backup is provided from our parent company as we can supplement staffing levels on an ad hoc basis, increasing or decreasing staffing levels subject to workflow, helping maintain both management and cost control without degradation to quality. To sustain highest quality levels throughout, final signoff of each report is always sanctioned by a Senior Screening Supervisor thus ensuring that in addition to our own high standards, those of the SIA's BS 7858 and FSA are maintained throughout the employee screening process.

We believe in only operating to the highest ethical standards and to internationally recognised levels of expertise and service. All of our work is undertaken with the full consent of all applicants who, in accordance to the provisions of the Data Protection Act, are welcome to inspect our findings at any time and for a period of 6 months thereafter. Unless specifically requested by the client we do not retain files after that time.
Our clients include national and multi-national corporations, financial institutions, insurance companies, accountancy and law firms. as well as organisations in the teaching and healthcare sectors. Many are to be found in the Fortune and Financial Times top 100 but we are currently adding between 1-4 a week.
